As Operations Manager at Brake Mobile Wash, Dylan strives to guarantee that these factors are met in the day to day operations of the company. His focus is to achieve a seal of approval from every customer by providing top notch quality service at every wash site.

He has made this goal a company standard and works within the customer’s schedule, providing the flexibility to meet their needs. Dylan endeavours to hire and develop the people that have an interest in achieving an end result that they can look back at and be proud of. He realizes the potential that people have towards meeting his goals at Brake Mobile Wash and influences them to achieve these goals.

Dylan realizes the importance of quality service. He began his career in the Service Industry at Honda where he worked part time detailing and washing vehicles while working towards his degree at the University of Guelph. After working in other various customer service roles, Dylan began washing for Brake Mobile Wash in the Spring of 2013. Since then, Dylan has become the Operations Manager by utilizing his knowledge and commitment to providing a superior customer experience.

He believes that there are 3 critical factors to ensure that the customers’ expectations are blown away:

    1. Quality
    2. Consistency
    3. People

During Dylan’s time at Brake Mobile Wash he has completed his education at the University of Guelph and has graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting. Throughout his years in University, he has gained knowledge and ideas that he looks forward to utilizing at Brake Mobile Wash to further the company’s success.

When Dylan is not working he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He enjoys all types of sports and anything on the waters of Lake Simcoe from fishing all year round to snowmobiling on the ice in the winter.

Office Administration

Val started her career as a receptionist for a Chiropodist in Brampton. She learned many valuable procedures over the eight years she was there, running an office and assisting in surgical procedures. She believes that customer service is a key part in an office environment.  She enjoyed working with the patients and had formed friendships with them.

Val started at Brake Wash Mobile as an assistant to the Finance Manager and has become our Office Administrator. Responsible for invoicing, payables, bookings. She has learned that there is nothing you can’t do if you put your mind to it. It takes a good team to make a person and a business successful and it has been found here.
